Leveraged Finance Primer

We start our Restructuring Analyst course with a primer on leveraged finance. Credit analysis is the foundational skill for anyone working in the Restructuring industry, therefore before we deep dive into restructuring specific topics, we will use this first module to make sure you are comfortable understanding the different aspects of debt products and capital structures in general, especially in the context of highly leveraged companies that we always see in practice within Restructuring.
