The VC Deal

We will develop a forecast model for a B2B SaaS Business, and learn to analyze and interpret Key Metrics and Growth Drivers of a B2B/SaaS or B2C tech company. Finally, we will explore the Exit Strategies for VC Fund portfolio companies and how a VC Fund can exit an investment. The VC Deal highlights the various aspects and the critical decisions made by a VC Fund during the investment process, and is core to understanding the execution of a VC Deal.
